REFUND POLICY-

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
ONCE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT.

Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.

WE WILL NOT SHARE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

WE WILL RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION USED DURING THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER, IN CASE OF DISPUTE OR FRAUD, THIS IS FOR BOTH OF OUR PROTECTION DURING THE BUSINESS INTERACTION.

SHIPPING POLICY-

Processing Times- All (HAIR ON HAND/ READY TO WEAR AND ACCESSORIES)

can expect to be shipped the following business day.

All Pre-Orders have a 6-8 day wait time! By the 8th business day your hair will shipped

out and be on the way to you! Delivery time after shipping will be between 1-3 days via USPS. Tracking number will be provided through the number provided.

PICKUP ORDERS-

If you are picking up an ON hand item it will be ready same business day. If you select

pick up for a pre-order it will be ready 4-5 business days after the order is placed.

PLEASE NOTE:

Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding.

We are NOT responsible for lace damage due to bleaching. Overbleaching during a bad color job WILL cause breakage. We are NOT responsible for any damage as a result.

In the event of a chargeback, it is agreed that the customer shall be responsible for

covering any associated dispute resolution and legal fees incurred by TheBarbzVault.

This includes but is not limited to, fees related to mediation and or court proceedings.

Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and

reported to the FBI.
